Our Core Businesses

The Group has three main operating subsidiaries:

  1. Jiangsu Hengxin Technology Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is located in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, PRC and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture and sale of mobile communications equipment.

    The products of Jiangsu Hengxin Technology Co., Ltd are adopted in the wireless transmission arena of mobile communications, which involves the transmission of high frequency signals between the antenna and base station equipment for indoor and outdoor wireless signal coverage, facilitating clear and stable reception in mobile communications. Over the years, we have exported our products to six continents, and through our consistent product quality, have achieved excellent reputation both locally and overseas.

The products of Jiangsu Hengxin Technology Co., Ltd are generally classified into three categories, which comprise:

  1. RF coaxial cables series for mobile communications (including leaky cables);
  2. telecommunications equipment and accessories;
  3. antennas and high temperature resistant cables for communication base stations.

Our customers mainly include:

  1. telecommunications operators, such as the various branches or subsidiaries of China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom and China Tower; and
  2. telecommunications equipment manufacturers.
Based on the sales volume of RF coaxial cables for the mobile communications sector (including leaky cables), we have been one of the leading market players in this market segment.

Currently, the Company has an aggregate annual production capacity (including leaky cables) of approximately 168,000 kilometres for RF coaxial cables for mobile communications, 7,860,000 pieces for accessories and 120,000 pieces for antennas.

The company adopts a strategic regional sales system in the PRC and serve a blue-chip and established customer base comprising major telecommunications operators such as China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom and China Tower as well as major and one of the leading telecommunications equipment manufacturers in the PRC. Outside the PRC, the company‘s products are exported to major markets in Europe and Asia. We continue to establish our foothold in the local Indian telecommunication operators through our wholly-owned subsidiary in India since 2010.

  1. Nanjing Zhangyu Information Technology Co., Ltd* (南京掌御信息科技有限公司), a controlling subsidiary of the Company, located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, is principally engaged in the independent research and development, production and sales of intelligent IoT identity authentication security chips; chips design and chips applications, with front-end design capabilities of integrated circuit chips, and relies on independent intellectual property rights to provide customers with platform, a full range of chips customization services, semiconductor IP licensing services and supply chain services. Its main customers include State Grid, OBT, Sage Microelectronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Southeast University, Research Institute Of Tsinghua University In Shenzhen, etc.

    The self-developed security chips for IoT identity authentication of the Company has been certified by the Commercial Cryptography Testing Center of State Cryptography Administration.
  1. Shanghai Zhangyu Information Technology Co., Ltd.* (上海掌御信息科技有限公司), a controlling subsidiary of the Company, is located in Shanghai, China. The company mainly provides multiple levels and aspects products and services for users in various industries around the areas of digital security auditing, data security governance, blockchain security applications and digital asset trading platforms and other fields.

The company is primarily listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
