公司核心業務

本集團的主要營運子公司有三家:

  1. 全資子公司江蘇亨鑫科技有限公司,該公司位於中國江蘇省宜興市。主要從事移動通訊產品的研究、設計、開發、製造及銷售。

    江蘇亨鑫科技有限公司的產品應用於移動通信的無線信號傳輸領域,包括天線與基站設備之間高頻信號的傳輸,用於戶內和戶外移動通信信號覆蓋,以滿足客戶通訊體驗。通過多年來不斷的努力,我們的產品已經出口至世界六大洲,優秀的產品品質更使公司品牌蜚聲海內外。

江蘇亨鑫科技有限公司產品大致分為三類,包括:

  1. 用於移動通信的射頻同軸電纜系列(包括漏泄電纜);
  2. 用於通信的設備與配件;
  3.  用於通信基站的天線與高溫線。

公司的產品銷售給以下的客戶:

  1. 電信營運商(例如中國聯通,中國移動及中國電信的各家分公司或附屬公司);
  2. 電信設備製造商。

根據在中國移動通信行業的射頻同軸電纜銷售數量(包括漏泄電纜),一直是這個行業的領導者。

目前,(包括漏泄電纜)的全年總產能約為168,000公里的移動通信用射頻同軸電纜,配件年產能約為7,860,000根、天線產能約為120,000根。

該公司在中國採納了一套戰略性區域銷售系統,向一批長期穩定的優質客戶,包括中國的主要電信營運商(如中國聯通、 中國移動、中國電信、中國鐵塔)及一家在中國主要和領先的電信設備製造商提供服務。在中國境外,該公司的產品出口到歐洲和亞洲的主要市場。本集團在印度設立全資附屬公司,並於二零一零年開始向印度電信營運商銷售本集團產品。

  1. 控股子公司南京掌御信息科技有限公司, 該公司位於中國江蘇省南京市, 主要從事智能物聯網身份認證安全芯片的自主研發、生產和銷售;芯片設計和芯片應用,具備集成電路芯片前端完整的設計能力,並依託自主知識產權,為客戶提供平臺化、全方位的芯片定制服務、半導體IP授權服務和供應鏈服務。其主要客戶包括: 國家電網、歐比特、華瀾微、上海交通大學、東南大學、深圳清華大學研究院等。

    該公司自主研發的物聯網身份認證安全芯片已經獲得了國家密碼管理局商用密碼檢測中心的認證。
  1. 控股子公司上海掌御信息科技有限公司,該公司位於中國上海市,該公司主要 圍繞著數字安全審計、數據安全治理、區塊鏈安全應用、數字資產交易平臺等領域為各行業用戶提供多層次、多方面的產品和服務

本公司在香港聯合交易所有限公司主板第一上市。
